Viking Husqvarna original #68003680 Needle Clamp with Solid Flat Bar
Viking used three different needle bars and clamps in a relative short period of time, some times on the same models, that is why we cannot determine the correct needle clamp you need only by your model number.
IF YOU ARE NOT SURE THIS ITEM WILL FIT YOUR MACHINE PLEASE SEND US TWO PHOTOS OF THE FRONT AND BACK OF THE NEEDLE BAR AREA ESPECIALLY THE BOTTOM BACK PORTION, WE WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO HELP YOU

This Viking needle clamp #68003680 with needle bar is original and sold as a complete kit only.

This kit is supplied with the needle bar however in most cases you will not need the bar, just remove the component parts and reassemble to your existing needle bar, please pay particular attention while removing these parts so you can reassemble in their proper order. This kit works only with models having a SOLID FLAT NEEDLE BAR WITH A NEEDLE STOP SCREW. Remove your old needle clamp parts to help in determining if your model has a “ solid FLAT needle bar with a needle stop screw”. FLAT needle bar means the bottom back portion of the needle bar is FLAT, see photo above “ solid flat bar “. On some models the bottom back portion of the needle bar is round, ( #68003680 is NOT compatible with the “ solid round bar “. Please see above part #413 2423-01 which is compatible for a “solid round bar”.

Special Note: see part #412 7738-01 for a needle clamp replacement for models that have a “ Hollow Round Needle Bar
All screws should be sufficiently tightened to support their function, however no screw should be over tightened.
