All metal foot control with cord, 3 hole cord, NO side grooves. NOTE: 2 hole are spaced slightly closer together, see actual cord pattern. Fits many free-arm imports: Riccar 500, Nelco SZA-221F, 344C, Allyn, Morse, Montgomery Wards. Please examine your machine receptacle closely, we do not have a full list of models this cord will fit. This foot control does NOT fit Brother or Kenmore machines. See Brother Foot Control #700-704 (204) for many flat-bed machines
